White-label clients: your deliverables are yours to brand and distribute per your agreement with us. We stay behind the curtain.
Services are typically billed in advance. Payment terms, pricing, and refund policies (if any) are outlined in your specific service agreement or invoice.
Filter Cat does not offer refunds for completed services unless explicitly stated.
We take your business seriously. All proprietary or confidential information shared with us—whether client names, strategies, or secret sauce—will be kept strictly confidential.
You agree to do the same with any proprietary info we share with you.
Filter Cat provides services “as is.” We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or results (Google’s algorithms are mysterious beasts). But we promise to put our claws into the work and follow best practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filter Cat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.
